What's In my Beach Bag
What is should you Bring to the Beach?
- SUNSCREEN (SPF 30 is actually the highest, any SPF higher has a little to no difference) Make sure it's UVA and UVB protective.
- Sunglasses, will help reduce aging so you are squinting all the time.
- A hat (I'm not good with this one, but it will protect you from the sun)
- A nice towel (I like bigger ones that are like big blankets)
- A good reading book or magazine
- Ipod/Mp3 player
- Lipbalm with SPF
- Aloe gel (I didn't have any, but if you burn it's helpful)
- Water bottle or be near a place where you can get water
- A deck of waterproof cards, so you can play with friends
- Mini first aid things/kit (for blisters or cuts from shells or rocks)
- Mints or Mouthwash (in case you go someplace afterward)
- Wide tooth hair comb

Plans For the Summer?
What are your plans for the Summer?
So far I have planned an independent study on Fridays and in July my second class starts. Not too exciting there but it does make it easier on my last semester for college which will be next Spring! I can't believe college has gone by so fast, granted I took an extra year, but it is still moving so quickly! I actually almost cried yesterday because I saw pictures on Facebook of my graduating class. It sucks that I couldn't graduate with them but I know academic wise it was best for me to take the extra year rather than cram tons of 18 credit semesters. Also after getting all 'A's this semester I realized I'm even more motivated than I thought I was (and I thought I was pretty motivated to begin with).
On a personal note, on June 3rd I'll be moving into my new house! Another thing that came so quickly! I'm going to be so busy! Ironically, Alex is moving into his apartment house with 8 other people on June 1st! I don't see how he could handle living with that many people. I told him I couldn't see him living there for over a year. Sadly, the landlord is already being sketchy and if he were to drop out of the deal all 8 of his roommates would be pissed. :-/ This is why I'm skeptical about apartments, I've seen too many things go wrong. I want to be optimistic for him but like I said before, when I have a gut feeling about something, I'm usually right.
Because it's the summer I'm going to try to update my blog more often. Just recently I found a online journal of mine from 2005 (when my boyfriend and I got together). Reading those entries brought back some great memories, so hopefully I can get better at recording new ones.

Exam Time! (WITH QUESTION ON BOTTOM)
Don't let the title fool you, I'm not excited about this. :-/ Actually I keep thinking I have harder exams, but it doesn't seem like I will *knock on wood*. I still can't believe school is ending! It scares me to think that I could have graduated this year, and really I'm kind of glad I'm not! I feel this gives me extra time to enjoy school and hold off on the real world for one more year. I know I said it in my last entry, the future scares me sometimes. I hate the unknown and though sometimes it can be exciting, sometimes it scares me.
On a happier note, I going to student teaching next semester at a school that is 40 minutes away from home! So I better get use to it! My mom and I are going to do a run through of driving there once or twice, since I'm more visual lol map quest hates me and decides to use term our state doesn't even use. lol Like they will call it route 3 but we never it call it that its interstate or something it's odd.
The class is a Kindergarten classroom with a teacher that has taught for 30 years or more! So I will learn a lot from her and I hope to have a great relationship with her. Who knows, this could help me get a job. I can only hope for the best when it comes to finding a job, but I do know I'll have a lot of fun, this is the grade I want to teach. :)
BTW I GOT A BAG for being a student teacher with teaching stuff. Kind of wanted to show people. Do people want to see it? If you want to, what channel should it go on? Vlog or Beauty Channel?
